PAK's recent performance in the 2nd innings

As we all know that PAK have been undefeated since losing to AUS in AUS!

IMO the main reason why we have done so well in the recent past is because our batting in the 2nd innings has been excellent
Here is the list of 2nd innings scores posted by PAK starting from that famous Mohali test match

1- 496/9 @ Mohali
2- 226 @ Kolkata( the game that we lost)
3- 284/2 @ Bangalore.

4- 296 @ Barbados..... we were without Yousuf, Inzi and Malik
5- 309 @ Kingston

6- 341 @ Multan
7- 268/9 @Faisalabad
Not required to bat at Lahore(twice)

8- 490/8 @ Faisalabad
9- 599/7 @ Karachi

10- 337/4 @ Colombo
11- 195/2 @ Kandy!

In the 2nd innings it is very important to play the spinners well and apparently our batsmen have done exactly that. Pakistanis have not been fazed by the likes of Murli, Kumble, Giles or Harbajan, we have been especially severe on the off spinners!, bowlers like Harbajan, Giles and Udal have had a terrible time against the PAK batsmen, even a great bowler like Murli has found it very hard to dislodge our batsmen!

Not to mention our bowling in the second innings. Kaneria, Shoaib, Asif and even Razzaq have figured and really run riot, bowling sides out.

You are right. As a team, as of today, it wouldn't be wrong to say that Pak are the best players of spin along with Australia. Giles had done well against Pak during 2000/01 series while he was totally ineffective last year. And please, don't even mention Bhajji's name in the same breath as other good bowlers. As Boycott said, even my grandma can bowl better than him.

No, Boycott didn't say that about Bhajji. I was just using his patent dialogue "My grandma can do better than blah, blah, blah" to express my feelings about Bhajji (just took some poetic liberty ).
