haha! looks like he did a nasser hussain!

Flemings knock was superb. When in full flow hes very elegant in his stroke play. Franlkin looked pretty good inbetween the time he was being ruffed up by nel and ntini.

Franklin made a brilliant 122* as New Zealand finish on 593/8. Proteas innings just about to start.

What an innings by both Fleming and Franklin!!!

Although Fleming can be inconsistent, when he is on song he is an absolute joy to watch

Vettori's first bal around the wicket and it was a ripper. I expect Patel and Vettori to have some success

Jeetan Patel on now. Will be interesting to see how he bowls on test debut. He can get some real rip and drift on the ball.

I have seen him in ODIs, hes quite accurate although his bowling in ODIs was nothing spectacular, kind of in the Shaun Udal mould.

So now we have Hash not out 44 from 114 and Kallis not out 9 from 39.

The crowd must be getting very excited.

If it was an Indian crowd, we could expect some fire works but alas it's not

Good innings but i'd really like to see the Kiwis bowl some short stuff at him. He hasn't been tested there yet. He's played the spinners pretty well.

What an innings by Fleming? 262?

Against an attack of Ntini, Nel, Steyn, Boje, and Kallis thats pretty good going.

Also well played, Hashim Amla.
