I miss Cricket :(

Its been a long time since pakistan played a match.

i dont know why these teams complain about "player burn-out". Before the westindies, india, england, srlanka, india matches pakistan had a break. And now they are having a break till july. Basically the pakistani team are jus like us teenagers, always complaining about school. If i have to go to hard work, hard time for 10 straight months of school then pakistan shud not complain . claerly universitiies are much harder and stressful then a match of Cricket.

Grow up Pakistani Cricket team and Keep on Playing cricket for entertainment lol .. oh please find another afridi to play in the squad coz dats the only reason i watch cricket.

P.S rana is bad

I totally agree, I also want Pakistan to play more often, and I want afridi to play every game.
I miss the days when pakistan was playing pretty much everyday
I have actually started watching a lot more baseball( it helps that my adopted home town team is doing fairly well), but as the saying goes "its just not cricket".

If we could see Afridi everyday (and given his propensity to self-destruct), even the Jaanwar Gang would get bored of him....

His recent self-destruction is more worrisome for the "I love Afridi Brigade"...I think a betting line should be setup for the odds - When will Afridi self-destruct & how.......

He should be nowhere near our odi team, he's just a pitch dancing, mental, overated, piece of gunk, why the hell did bob bring him back, why why? so what if he has won us countless matches and that 45 ball hundred, what a bloody fluke, i see them everyday, 37 ball hundred? wow big deal, i hit a 17 ball hundred the other day against my nephew in the back garden and im 40, he was only 16 ish, so what?

yeah i agree. with the number of matches going on, results tend to loose their importance. it kinda effects the appetite inversely. less matches, more anticipation and excitement of watching them, then there is more at stake for the teams, and much more fun to watch them

The day Shahid Afridi retires, will be the day where even the haters will shed a tear.

My mum always says to me that we never appreciate the value of something or someone until its gone and that is never going to be more true than when Shahid Afridi eventually goes.

I would suggest to others to show more love and appreciation and less hate.

Its all overrated the only thing that matters is the winner and the loser. What seperates the two the score.

Pakistan Cricket Board and Team Administration has started to develop the excuses for Windies World Cup 2007: That's not a good sign, especially for the players...

Out of 200+ matches Afridi has played, how many has he won for us? hardly 10.

You are right to some extent Raz but you show a bit too much love

You don't see why the players complain of burnout? Probably because you are sitting in front of your TV/Computer watching while they actually are out there playing.

Thats because when Big Mac & fans are seeing rana come into bat or bowl their blood pressure doesnt rise, they dont feel the the wave of unpredictability, they dont see the fear in the opponent eyes (in Ganguly case nailbiting), they dont see the crown go wild, the dont feel that the next 10 minutes might break world records ala 37 & 45 ball hundrends etc...
