lol, no way Tahir. Kuwait is only part of the associate members. So that's why we only tour those countries. The standard isn;t that bad. Our coach is an ECB qualified coah, Kaleem Ul Hassan. All of our players are Indians and Pakistanis.

No genuine Kuwaities involved in the team then?

Here in the U.K i have played at country level for Middlesex U-15 but as i dont go to a private school i dont tend to be picked much. I was a far better player than most in the trials but here in the U.K it really does depend on your social background and who you know.

English Translation

Kuwait, Kuwait, Kuwait,
My country,
In peace live, in dignity,
Your face bright,
Your face bright,
Your face bright with majesty,
Kuwait, Kuwait, Kuwait,
My country.

Oh cradle of ancestry,
Who put down its memory,
With everlasting symmetry,
Showing all eternity,
Those Arabs were Heavenly,
Kuwait, Kuwait, Kuwait,
My country.

Blessed be
My country,
A homeland for harmony,
Warded by true sentry,
Giving their souls aptly,
Building high its history,
Kuwait, Kuwait, Kuwait,
My country.

We're for you, My country,
Led by faith and loyalty,
With its Prince equally,
Fencing us all fairly,
With warm love and verity,
Kuwait, Kuwait, Kuwait,
My country,
In peace live, in dignity.
Oh yes Abdul - remember each verse...

Good news on the Doha ground. There are regular matches played there and it is a really good ground, argubaly the best in Kuwait. In fact, thats where are tryouts were held.

*Ask the selectors why I wasn't chosen. *

No Bangladeshi/Sri lankan players, Cav.

Indians and Pakistanis make up the major teams: CCC, 3B, Salmiya, KOC.

Taha, I've got a few questions for you.

Are these grounds (Bayumas Oval, Kinrara Oval, Royal Military College, Kilat Club, Kelab Aman, Royal Selangor Oval, and Selangor Turf Club) all close to each other?

I heard the humidity over there is always near 100%. Is that true? Is it really hot there?

Are the dressing rooms of these grounds well made?

Is there some tower in Kuala Lumpur? I'm just asking cuz i forgot the name of it and our coach said that we would be staying in a hotel right next to this tower.

Well most of the are in the city centre area, some are away and one of them is like a 5 minute walk from my place, where I met the entire England U-19 squad before the U-19 WC.

Humidity here is a lot, but it doesn't affect much. Rains a lot though..and its very easy to get tired here, after all..we ARE the topics

dressing rooms are all fine.

yeah the petrnoas towers, there's an amazing shipping mall below the twin towers so you might wanna check that out too if you have time...there's also one called the KL tower..very tall also..
