Reverse Swing in Engerland

From Waqar and Wasim to Jones and Freddie - Reverse Swing has been the key to success in England !!

Jones not playing will be a HUGE blow for England and if Freddie is also not fit then they will have no one who can reverse it. Add to that a lack of a quality spinner and England will be heavily dependant on the new ball and Hoggard.

On the flip side - we have gotten a huge boost by getting Rana back. No doubt he is currently the best reverse swinger we have now. But who will support him - Razzaq can reverse it also , maybe even Asif ?

Well whatever happens in the series - the one thing you can be sure about is that reverse swing will play the key role.

I just hope beefy is commentating, we'll see a lot more reverse swing which is indeed good for the neutral

you say reverse swing will be key - i reckon its the batting [U]that will be key - how the players from both sides cope with all types of bowling (swing, seam, reverse & spin)

The most important thing in all this are the prevalent weather conditions - if the weather remains warm ( good high temps) , and the pitch dries up then we should see some good reverse swing from the likes of Rana (Inshallah), Asif, Razzaq or even Sami ( both varieties)

They all tamper with the ball. Ian Botham didn't have a clue what reverse swing was when he took Imran to court and also whole world accused Wasim/Waqar of ball tampering when they never understood what reverse swing was. All of a sudden now English and Aussie's are reverse swinging it. What reverse swing???? surely, its ball tampering??????
