Help Plz!!! Transfers Question

I have got my team done for the test series. Now, suppose I want to substitute a player for the 2nd test (keeping the total amount same), can I simply go and edit the team from the main link.

Is there any other process. I just saw a post from Waqar* stating "Email me transfers"

Do I have to declare beforehand who I have to transfer and when. The FAQ just has 3 lines of help and I have spent over an hour searching the posts and cannot find the answer.

To summarise:

1) Do I have to declare my transfers/substitutes beforehand
2) How many Substitutions am I allowed per match (I think 1 only)
3) Once I do the transfer, is it valid for just the one match. Do I have to explicitly re-transfer in order to get back to my original team or does it automatically happen. If I have to do it explicitly that means that once I get back to my first choice team after the match, then I cannot have a transfer for the next game (since just 1 is allowed)
4) I hope there isnt any such rule that if a player is transferred out of your team he cannot be brought back.

5) A suggestion: Wouldnt it be better if we were allowed to select a squad (of 13) and then select the actual 11 before each match from that only?

Why is it called a transfer. Shouldnt it be a substitution. Transfer is when you kind of exchange players between teams.

Good questions

1. No you dont have to declare your substitutions beforehand, once the match has been scored you can go and edit your team and do one transfer which you are allowed, the process is automatic no emails no nothing.

2. Yes it is one transfer ie. more like substitution.

3. Nope the player you have brought in becomes part of your team it is up to you as to whether or not you want to keep him or fire him for the next game.

4. He can be brought back in.

5. Would have been but I am afraid its a bit too late, keep the suggestions comming I am noting them down and will make changes (if possible) for the competition starting for ICCCT.
