Did anyone else see Rikki Clarke scratching the ball?

I might have got this wrong but if you look at the last over Rikki Clarke bowled yesterday to Inzi (last over of the match), from a couple of shots it looked like he was scratching the ball in a manner at least as bad as Shoaib. Does anyone have this recorded and can confirm?

The way he bowled yesterday, he could have used a swiss army knife on the ball and it still would not have made a difference to his bowling

If he did and someone has pictures then they should post it! From now on we should watch the coverage and take pictures of any instance when an English/Aussie player is cleaning the ball.

It's obvious the Sky camera's never will.

how can you watch the coverage on sky and take pictures of ball tampering if the sky cameras are not covering it?

I've seen plenty of instances of dubious looking finger action on the ball by English/Aus players but it's not highlighted and the camera's never linger for long!!

I remember Flintoff doing dodgy things with the ball in his hand last year when England toured Pakistan. It wasn't even given a passing mention by anyone.

ah, so it is covered by the sky cameras but not highlighted by the broadcast / production management team.

Don't you remember that time during England's tour to Pak when some PPers made a big fuss about Flintoff working the ball and the rest of us told them everyone does it!!

It's a shame not everyone is as generous as us!!

I think the ball probably got quite badly scratched during the time when Clarke was bowling. I'm not sure whether it was while it was in his hand though.

It explains why he gets into the England team because it certainly isn't for his cricketing ability.
