Australia showing a small sign of vunerability

During 2003 world cup Australia looked invincble and took apart every single team in sight. some teams would compete on one off occasion but then would be crushed by the Aussie juganaut. However ever since The videocon cup Aussies seems to have shown a few cracks, Pakistan should have beaten them in holland and lords.

England hammered Australia in ICC semi, New zealand then drew 1-1 with them. West indies would have beaten them if not for rain in one game. Pakistan have also beaten them now.

Now by no means are Australia becomeing a poor side. consistantly they are number 1. However Australia are giving sides a sniff of a chance in some games and more sides are taking their chnaces.

For pakistan to win a final or the VB series... they must grab the small chance given.

Their are a few areas which pakistan can target... but its not just about trying 2 exploit a small weakness in Aussie team, pakistan will ahev to fire on all cylinders to compete fully!

The "other" bowlers, the Symonds, Hoggs etc need to be targetted and milked - but for that to happen we will need to negotiate the likes of McGrath and Gillespie first....

Aussies are likely to play 4 seamers in this game... so 5th bowler certainly will have 2 be got at!

as Inzi says...wickets in hand will be the key.

I would rather be 35/0 after 10 overs than 61/2.

They will be testing Salman with short balls for sure. But he's a smart lad, he'll be smarter this time.

I worry about the batting, because every time it starts to click, something always goes wrong, and the opposition seems to scythe through us. Hopefully, things have finally changed.

My one wish is that Razzaq bends his back like he did last match versus Australia. He seems to bowl very well against them.
