If Prophet Muhammed (P.B.U.H) was alive today, would he have allowed sex out of wedlock?

I think so

Sex out of wedlock during the days of our prophet was made unlawful because of the consequences of not using any form of protection.

God has made us enjoy sex and I feel that if we use protection than there is nothing wrong with sex out of wedlock.

Pork was made haraam during our prophets days because people contracted many ilnesses in those days by eating that animal.

If our Nabi was alive today he would have made smoking haraam because smoking is the cause of many lung diseases and even lung cancer

How can responsible sex out of wedlock be a crime whilst smoking be religiously acceptable
