Finding peace.....

What is that one thing in life which gives you a feeling of tranquility or peace?

It can be a hobby, your favourite song, a passage in a holy book or a picture of your child.....

For me, its a mixture of hearing my kids voices ( even screaming !!) and the seaside ! ( strange mix , eh ? )

But thats me... how about you ?

I often find reading namaz gives me ultimate peace and maybe somewhere like a country side where one is able to collect his or her thoughts and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere rather than the fast-paced city life.

i dont mean to attack/insult/or down you...just curious...arent we supposed to pray under sufficient lighting...and not in the dark...(obviously the fagar prayer is supposed to be b4 the sunrise or b4 its too bright outside...but u r supposed to read the prayer it self under light of some sort and not in darkness) plz someone do comment on this...if i am wrong...
