Very well played Salman Butt he was flawless in his innings, restrained himself from pulling the ball knowing that he had gotten out like that twice already in this series and scored in the areas he is strong at, though I am livid with Youhanna for treating him like that, first there was no 2 and he unncesseirly shouted at him and later Butt sacrificed his own wicket for Youhanna. He is a good prospect and need to be persisted with.

A very nicely paced innings by Salman. He looked a little bit frustrated for a period when he was batting with Malik, and a lot of good shots were going straight to the fielders, but he regained his composure and batted beautifully.

2 things to work on though are playing the ball with soft hands which wil allow him to get more singles and his running between the wickets.

An excellent player though and lovely to watch him in full flow..

A truly sublime and assured knock by the young phenomenon. His cover drives as always were a treat to watch. Even the the biased crowd was entranced by the majestical beauty of his style and applauded his century well. For those who think he simply mutters before facing a delivery, he is actually praying as he stated in one of his interviews - reads "Bismillah" before each and every delivery...something his father instructed him to do. May Allah make him into a truly great batsman of the modern era. Ameen.

What a wonderful innings. Those wristly flicks through the offside are so good to watch. He gets so much batspeed when he plays it. We needed a big innings from him, an. he provided that. Hope to see many more from him in the future

Did people hear the crowd roar when he did this ?

They said, he was kissing the ground, I say he was offering what Millions of Muslims offer to ALLAH every day - sajada - Mashallah Salman Mian, Jeetay Raho!
