Manmade Islam
This was posted a few minutes ago and I was disappointed to read such a narrow-minded comment
Quote:
Allah said himself that if a non-believer becomes a Muslim than his reward is that his past sins are forgiven that of course also depends if the revert is a sincere believer. For a Muslim then it's a whole another issue. Now all of us who have read the Quran and think about Allah's verses know very clearly that every sin even of a size of ant will be accounted for will be judged by Allah on the day of judgement be they Muslims or Non-Muslims. So saying that you can rape a 1000 women, kill a 100 people, take the rights of a millions of people and in the end still think that by reading the Kalma every night thier sins will be forgiven are very narrow-minded. I will say again and I will continue to say that Allah is the Greatest and He is not a calculator who just counts how many times we read Kalma and forgives our sins for that reason only. Such things are only forgiven only when the person committing the sins promise Allah not to do such things ever again and be sincere in thier promise and continously ask for forgiveness. But raping a 1000 women etc. is unforgivable. The book of records will still be given to him on Judgement Day and the person will pay for every deed he did in the world. Say NO to manmade Islam and it's time we hold tight the Quran! Allah does not give a liscence to do sins as implied by the post. Ameen to that!

I think that may refer to non-believers who convert.

Ya if that is the case then it's different as Allah said himself that if a non-believer becomes a Muslim than his reward is a sin free life.
But genrally speaking for Muslims this is not the case...

Last minute conversion is not necessary for a person to be acceptable for Allah. Allah knows everything and a good man is a good man. As far as rape, murder, etc are concerned, aren't they violation of haqooq ul ibaad. I've been told that Allah will forgive the violation of his own rights if He wishes so but in case of people's rights, it is the victim who will have to be asked for forgiveness. Being human, don't expect much mercy from your victims at that time!

if you rape and pillage on the day of judgment you will be answerable for it..end of story...the victims will question you then its upto ALLAH swt ....remember a victims dua is always answered..so if a raped woman prays to God that you end up in hell well thats where your gonna go unless you can repent and achieve forgiveness which you wont know you have achieved until the day of judgement and really do you wanna wait for that day??
