I am playing Real Payne United CC tomorrow.
They are fourth on the ladder.
I'm already certain of a spot in the finals. I am 3rd with 2 games left.

They have a player called Stuart Blenkinsopp.
Stuart Blenkinsopp - 22 yo, BT Rating=13,961
RH Batsman, RH Spin Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, sublime
A steady player with abysmal leadership skills and woeful experience.

He looks like a gun. I'll need to get him early. It seems that my captain, James Thackeray, is playing his brother, Vic Thackeray.

James Thackeray - 23 yo, BT Rating=7,649
RH Batsman, LH Spin Bowler, respectable batting form, respectable bowling form, sublime
A steady player with respectable leadership skills and abysmal experience.

Vic Thackeray - 18 yo, BT Rating=7,348
RH Batsman, LF Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, sublime
A cautious player with respectable leadership skills and abysmal experience.

Bad bad start.
I won the toss and elected to bat.
I come on and we just lose a wicket.
4.5 W Thackeray to Warrington
Out! Warrington tries for a pull shot only to see the ball catch the edge of the bat and go straight up. Dayton takes an easy catch and Warrington is on his way.

End of Over 6: 12-2, runrate=2.00
Oconnor 3-0-6-0
Mccormick* 6 (15 balls)
Clee 0 (6 balls)
Last Wicket: Warrington c. Dayton b. Thackeray 2 (FOW: 9/2)

F***!! (Sorry for language)
9.5 W Oconnor to Clee
That's what bowlers love to see! The bails flying, stumps everywhere and the batsmen's face when he looks down at his stumps, priceless!

End of Over 10: 31-3, runrate=3.10
Oconnor 5-0-13-1
Mccormick* 21 (28 balls)
Whitman 0 (1 balls)
Last Wicket: Clee b. Oconnor 3 (FOW: 31/3)

I really need some better batsmen. THey are so inconsistent.

He is 39 from 41 balls.

Forward, the ball beats the bat, and middle and leg stump are out of the ground.

4 down now. and I'm pissed off.

Fifty for Mccormick. Well done and played son! He has been in awesome form lately.
Took him 51 balls for that fifty and he is helping in the recovery mission.

make a bid for him now. i think he finishes on saturday. my team is class acts. bat him in position 5 or 6 and he will score quick 50's for you with strike rate like afridi. he scored 96 off abt 40 balls for me in one league game. go to search and type his name in. he plays for class acts.

I still have to wait for tomorrow. There could be other bids and I could lose.
and I only have 62,000 in my balance. How much do you have to have for your team to be taken away from you? I heard it was -300,000.

lol you have plenty of money then. my bank balance is - 172000. just dont let it go over minus 200 000 and youl b alright. the thing is after minus 150 000 you cant make bid for any players, and each week you make a profit so you wont go bankrupt.

Another wicket. NOOO!!!!
25.5 W Oconnor to Rowe-francis
That's a bad ball by Oconnor, short and wide but Rowe-francis has edged the cut into his own stumps!

sean you seem to have 212000 to spend on players. hopefully youl get billy clarke and haresh ghandi and maybe you need to invest in one or two more batsmen. how are your bowlers like???

the first thing i did when i joined was, decided to buy a lot of players because the ones they give you are *****. i signed upto 15-20 players at the begining and it has worked for me because i have only lost one game since i started and that was to the top of th table team. you need to invest in players to start sucessfully

Superb slide on the boundary to prevent that four…..but the third umpire says his knee touched the rope! Four runs!

Black playing very very well. Longrigg just needs to block and stay in there.

i would train him but i aint got enough nets to train him. if you have 3-4 nets then i think he would be a good buy. 1-2 batting nets, one fitness net and one fielding net. then in about 4-5 weeks his batting, conc and stamina would be competent. if he has an average of 100 at the moment then after 4-5 weeks training, who knows lol he might average a lot higher. im just saying how much would you b willing to offer if i sold him to u??? give me a price and il consider it.

31.6 W Walton to Longrigg
Longrigg's bat has got stuck in the turf, and a direct hit from Blenkinsopp at point catches him well short of his ground.
