It took me 10 mins to read it....the jist of it is that the PCBs new constitution is almost ready. the new constitution will be sent to the patron of PCB (Musharraf) who will have to approve it before its implemented. The PCB hopes that it can send the constitution before the 30th of April
Elections for Chairman and Cheikf Executive will be held...soemtime in June. Shehryar Khan has said he has no intentions of standing in the elections
