actually, it was pretty close the last game with a typical pakistani collapse. he just said what he thought, no need for such an extreme reaction bhai.

It would be nothing short of a trajedy if Hasan doesn't get a international callup soon. One interesting fact about his innings thesedays is that he is hitting alot of sixes and generally scoring at a quick pace so the selectors can't really use his inability to score quick excuse anymore.

I think it's time to rest Fasial Iqbal. He hasn't been brilliant in the domestic season, hasn't got runs in the A tours and shouldn't be on the next A tour.

Faisal Iqbal is doing his best to be kicked out of the A team. Its a shame, cos when I saw him playing against NZ in his debut series, he looked a useful player, but apart from one good match against Warnie he's sadly not done a lot. Its time to give some one else a chance, like that kid from Karachi Saedd Bin Nasir, Sufian Munir or ever Shahid Yousaf...

What more does Hasan Raza need to do get selected for the national squad, He has got to be the one of the unluckiest players of all time considering the number of failed players who have been tried and retried countless times.

Think he has to try a season as an oppener with his domestic side, as competition for middle order positions is very intense...

look at it this way...the more he is made to wait, the more he will value a position in the team. Also, he will be able to develop more and more the skill of consistency in order to get into the team..

I think he should be there for the England tour to pak.

It's good to see Mansoor Amjad showing excellent figures, this is very good news for Pakistan's future. I would pick him over Hafeez in the ODI team as of today! But it's helpful that we have been patient with him rather than throwing him at the deep end a little too early. He is still only 18 and has a lot of time.

The other positives of the A tours in the past couple of months have been Najaf Shah, Bazid, Ashar and Hasan Raza and contributions from Zulkernain.

These tours have also shown that Khalil is not fit for the A level why the talk of test cricket. Time to rest the two Faisals as well.
