haha was expecting this list of starts from Kamran.

Not sure about where Kamran thinks the players should bat but thats not that important.

Both openers so far don't have amazing secondaries - can anyone suggest better players?

Got a feeling that at number 7 Qamar is batting too low.

Still, hard to move it around because there aren't any clear weak links in the side.

And so far Xolina looks like the WK unless someone can give us another gem

Xolani is the best wicket keeper. Period.

I have a really good captain, but he's not such a great player.

Javeduddin will do wonders to this team. But I wonder who will get the axe: Ijaz or Ghias?

Moazzam Khalil should have had proficient Concentration 2 weeks ago but still hasn't popped.

I feel none of my players are that strong, only Moazzam perhaps, and Imranullah would only get in if we are looking for an allrounder but we might be able to find other players who are better genuine batsmen or bowlers. I would have to look at this again as it is hard to look at the XI and figure out what stats they have in the other posts.

I would definetely sub in Imranullah for Ghias. Though Ghias is a bit better now, Qamar is a year older and has a lot more room to improve.

He should be quality batting and superb bowling by the end of next season.

Izee post an updated version of what you thikn the XI should look like then.

And I remember Ifiti ul hameed, i think about him every day. His BT rating is up to around 25k now and hes still only 20.

In 2 seasons I'll plot a way to try and prize him back to my team but will probs have to pay 4 or 5 million. Would definately be worth it.

Though we gotta take one of Umar's, I still think Ghiasuddin should stay, or Siddiq cuz of his non-primaries.

Updated original post to change the team to what people have been signalling so far.

I'd like to put Travis Mellor (umars player) in the team aswell but would it be at the expense of Ray Rudd or someone else?

I paid a lot of attention to this. Burnett misses out because even though he is Quality bat, his concentration is only feeble which is very low. I picked Travis Mellor among umarbeast's bowlers because he is a fast and we don't have any fasts and his fielding is higher. I believe this is statistically the best team but I think we could argue which is the more important attribute among primaries and secondaries. Ghias islam for instance is a respectable bat but a quality concentration so how does he compare to others? Despite that, he would get in the team because of his bowling. Only bad thing is that there are no spinners in this team. Travis Mellor has Superb leadership skills so is captain.

I see why we have Travis Mellor now, but I don't see why Cantrell features in the team. He is strong, while Sufyan and Hadley are both superb with resp secondaries, and proficient stamina. So I would take out Mick Cantrell, and put in Sufyan Russel as a medium pacer. And with Ghias vs Burnett, I see where you are coming from, but you can't just compare a quality batsman to a respectable one. And we don't really need Ghias's bowling.

Strong - Strong is better than Superb - Respectable

I don't know how much importance people give to secondaries. Maybe I give them more importance then others. I often multiply their values to calculate their worth, so a strong, strong would be 9x9=81 while a Superb - Respectable would be 10x7 = 70.

Similarly between Burnett vs Ghias it would be Quality, Feeble vs Respectable, Quality which is 11x4=44 vs 7x11=77. I suppose you give more importance to primaries which might be valid but is there some numerical method you use or is it based primarily on the primary skill?

Also, you must remember that the progression between different levels is linear, not exponential. Superb is only marginally better than strong, not twice as much or so. A Strong, strong is better than anything other then superb, proficient and higher.

Ghias Islam (SB)
Qamar Ijaz (iZeeshan)
Shoaib Chaudhary (Kamran)
Moazzam Khalil (MCMLXXXII)
Imranullah Javeduddin (MCMLXXXII)
Jason Xolani (Hari Sombar)
Bernie Burnett (Kamran)
Karimullah Zaidi (Kamran)
*Travis Mellor (Umarbeast)
Sufyan Russel (Umarbeast)
Ghiasuddin Bakht (iZeeshan)

fair enough.

I would be so happy if I had a team like this. Do you think we could trade around these players and build one super team managed by all of PP? We could be number one in Pak!

It would be great if we could but greed would overcome us all and it would never work out!

Anyway, would still love to see that team play a few matches!
