FA CUP, LOL.

You think your seasons been a success?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

The FA cup back where it belongs?

Well its gonna be the only trophy Arsenal will have a chance of winning over the next few years, so they can keep it.

United have proved they're the better side everytime they've played Arsenal this season. What happened to getting kicked off the pitch? The only thing we did was play you off the pitch.

If anyones tactics were bad it was Arsenals. They just sat back for 120 mins. On another day they would have lost 4-0.

Don't get too cocky. If I were you, I would be worried by that performance. It doesn't bode well for next season.

United on the other hand, well their 2 youngest players were the 2 best players on the pitch which looks good for next season.

You are pathetic. You're acting as if you've won the league. One fluke victory over United and your season has been salvaged. LMAO.

I didn't base anyones season on one game. I was basically saying that if you play like that against United (or most teams) next season you will get hammered.

I can't believe how happy these Arrse fans are. If United won the cup, I guarantee I wouldn't be as chuffed as this. It would still be considered a failure.

Anyway enjoy the FA CUP and get used to it. Its the only trophy you MIGHT win next season.

And I am not clutching a straws. I am stating the facts. If Arsenal were in Uniteds position, would you not mention how Arsenal were the better team?

I remember you moaning after United ended Arsenals unbeaten run. Stop acting like a saint. You would do just the same in my position, so don't tell me what to do.

Amjid I'm not getting mad. I admit sometimes I get angry, but believe me, your posts are not a cause of my anger. They are more a cause of laughter and pity.

All I can say is wait and watch next season. I have no doubt United will be competing for the title with Chelsea. You, yourself said the FA cup is back where it belongs. You were implying that the FA cup is Arsenal's speciality trophy. Good luck in the FA Cup next year. Hope you can keep the trophy "where it belongs".

LMAO.

Wenger may quit Arsenal in 2006

Manager Arsene Wenger may be ready to quit Arsenal when the club moves to a new stadium in 2006.

Speaking after his side's FA Cup win over Manchester United, the Frenchman admitted he is considering his future.

"One day, another manager will benefit from the new stadium and new team," Wenger told the News of the World.

But Arsenal vice-chairman David Dein told BBC's Sportsweek: "I believe Arsene will stay at the club for a long, long time."

Arsenal are due to move to their new ground at Ashburton Grove in 2006.

And Wenger added: "When we go to the new stadium I feel it will have completed what I set out to do with Arsenal. It is only at that time I may look to new challenges."

But Wenger said he did not anticipate becoming a national team manager.

"I do not see managing France as a big enough challenge but that could change," he added.

"I've had many offers to manage national teams but I like working and league football's a bigger challenge."

Arsene's heart, his desire and his ambition is still with the club

Arsenal vice-chairman David Dein

Wenger joined Arsenal in 1996 and Dein made it clear that he would do everything possible to keep him at the club.

"I believe he is Arsenal's best ever manager," Dein added on BBC's Sportsweek:

"His heart, his desire and ambition is still with the club and we have already said do not want him to leave the club.

"If he becomes tired of being a tracksuit manager there has to be a role for him on the board, maybe as a technical director.

"That would be his decision in the end but he has transformed the club, there is no doubt about it."

Dein added that Wenger is building a young squad that promises a successful future.

"His record with the club is almost unsurpassable," said Dein.

"In eight full seasons he has won seven trophies - the FA Cup four times and the Premiership three times. And for good measure four Charity and Community Shield trophies.

"You can see the talent he has brought through, the likes of Cesc Fabregas at 18, Gael Clichy at 19, Robin van Persie at 21 and Philippe Senderos at 20.

"We have a team behind a team now and the future is in safe hands."

------------------------------

He hasn't even won the champions league and he thinks his job will be complete by next season. He probably knows deep down he doesn't have what it takes to get past the quarters in Europe.

Bro the key word ur missing out there is MAY. He has transformed arsenal from an average team to if not the best team then the second best team along with chelsea with minimum funds. What he has achieved is remarkable but i think he wont leave, his words are just taken out of context as usual. All this is saying is when he has moved to the new stadium he is open to other things but with all the new transfer funds and new players i doubt he will leave, he is just saying that he has created a good platform for the next manager to do well after he has left in the future thats all.

But if it makes you happy that he is going 2 leave and arsenal will stop being better then man u then you keep telling your self that. /

United bought the title? Have you followed football this sesaon? A certain team in blue has bought the title. United's footballing success created their wealth not the other way round. It seems you have problems understanding this.

I am praying that Wenger leaves? No mate. He can stay for 10 years for all I care. As for him kicking United's behind, this is the first time in 8 competitive matches Arsenal have managed to beat United and even then they were outplayed. Ferguson has outsmarted Wenger time and time again in recent years.

How am I a sore loser for pasting this article? These are not my words.

As for the title next year, you're a fool if you think its gonna be only Arsenal and Chelsea competing.

You accused me yesterday of being possesive and only caring about United/Arsenal matches. Whose possesive now? Ferguson has guided his team to champions league glory and has guided them past the quarters on many occasions. Wenger has not. Does their head to head record matter?

Stop being possessive Amjid

What's the point of this Article Jameel ??? Stop being a sore loser like the Man United fans are and give credit where credit are due.....You are praying that Wenger leaves so he stops kicking Man United's hiney every time out......As I said before, stop dreaming that man United is a good team to compete with Arsenal or Chelsea.......Remember one thing : Championships aren't bought as Man United tried to do with throwing money left, right, and centre...... Championships are won with sheer team chemistry, comrodarie, some luck, and talent, all of which Man U lacks nowdays......
United bought the title? Have you followed football this sesaon? A certain team in blue has bought the title. United footballing success created their wealth not the other way round.

Jameel,

Hindsight is twenty-twenty....I'm not a fool in saying that Arsenal and Chelsea along with Liverpool will be teams competing for the championship next year......With Glazer taking over now, your team won't be able to buy players now as they once did......

The fact that you expect Liverpool to compete for the title next year, says alot about your knowledge of football.

All I can say is wait and watch. United and Chelsea will definatley be up there competing.

Why would Glazer stop us buying players? He's a businessman and will want to make a profit out of the club. To do this he will need to make sure United win trophies and will make sure Ferguson can strengthen the squad in order to win trophies. He's already said Ferguson can spend £20 million this summer which will be more than enough.

Yes of course it says that I know a lot about football than you do Jameel, even if I don't live in the Uk...I'll be following it closely, then next year you can finally admit you were wrong......

Well one thing about Glazer that you don't know is that he has tried to buy championships then next year dismantle the team....Case and point, he owns the Tampa Bay Buccaners in NFL (American football in U.S.), and the year after they won the championship, he dismantled the whole team, and since has increased ticket prices eveery year....

Do you know about his business structure and how much debt he has that he transfered over to Man Utd..... He is worst possible owner and has the worst debt structure in terms of business executives...

Ok, we'll see if Liverpool are challenging. This is the same Liverpool whose points total was closer to Southampton than Chelsea this season.

If I am wrong I will hold my hand up and admit it. But I doubt I will be. Man Utd will be challenging for the title. Liverpool wont. I hope you will still be on here by the end of next season and admit you were wrong if you end up being wrong.

I don't know much about Glazer or American sports. Time will tell if he and the club is successful.

If his debt ends up ruining the club, well thats the only way Manchester United can be ruined. No other way.

whats wengers head to head record v alex fergeruson in the champions league. when they have pitted there respective teams against each other?
You accused me yesterday of being possesive and only caring about United/Arsenal matches. Whose possesive now? Ferguson has guided his team to champions league glory and has guided them past the quarters on many occasions. Wenger has not. Does their head to head record matter?

Has Wenger ever won the champions league? You care more about him knocking Ferguson out than him actually winning the champions league. You are way too possessive.

Theres more to football than United/Arsenal or Wenger/Ferguson. Try understanding this.

Second place is a big deal for some people here. I have said before I don't care if we finish second or third. If we don't the title, then the season is a failure. But someone on here keeps harping on about it as if it is a big achievement. Anyway, let him enjoy it. It obviously means alot to him.

As for qualifying for the CL, so be it. If we have to play a few extra games at the start of the season, I'm sure we can live with that.

Now I expect a typical bull reply saying AHAHAHAHAHAHA GOOD LUCK PLAYING AGAINST A MUPPET EASTERN EUROPEAN SIDE.

Exactly. These people are such hypocrites. If United were in Arsenal's position and were outplayed and won an penalties, we'd hear all about how United were lucky and how they are a cr@p side and have to kick Arsenal of the pitch to win etc.

But if its Arsenal that get a fluky win, then its funny and they enjoy it and they go on about how cr@p United are.

You can't win with these people.

Thats a quote from one of your posts. You make it sound as if competing for second place is a big achievement. Like I said, I'll let you enjoy this "success". I hope for your sake Arsenal are competing for second place again next season so you can celebrate again.

The story of our season. We totally dominated the match, but didn't score.

If the term "we was robbed" could apply to a match, then it is this match.

We have outclassed them 4 times this year, and they got lucky in the final match. It should have been 4-0 by the end of normal time.

Fergie has outsmarted Wenger again in terms of tactics. We are the better side, theres no doubt about it.

Rooney and Ronaldo were the 2 best players on the pitch and that bodes well for next season.

Ruud was pathetic. He should have finished at least 3 of the chances he got.

Anyway, Arsenal have won, but we have proved we are the better side. Luck was with them today from the start to the end.

Translation from jibbersih to english...

awwww clutching at straws are we?

yes united on head to head have been better side....!

however the league is played over 38 games ... not 2! maybe sum1 shud explain that to you!

arsenal finished 2nd sadly( a huge failure) united finished 3rd!

in cup football its how u do on the day and if u hold ur nerve... despite arsenal being outplayed they held there nerve!

arsenal WON and United LOST!

seems u have problems distiguising between that....!

anways enjoy ur victorys over arsenal....!

p.s hope united are eager and ready for champions league qualification round and finshing better than 3rd...

seems all united fans care about is beating arsenal rather than winning trophys.... how possessive

Explain how I am arrogant? When United ended Arsenals unbeaten run in October, did I create a thread titled "AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA" and then post pictures of the match to rub it in?

All I do is defend my team when people like you and WIY talk cr@p about them.

You calling me arrogant, has got to be the joke of the day.

Wind me up? Nah mate. No one on here winds me up. Like I said, all he does is talk cr@p and then all I do is reply back.

If he wants to carry on talking to himself then by all means he can. I can't be arsed replying to his bull posts anymore.

I hope United play Arsenal in the CL next season, knock them out and then see what the reaction is on here. I'm sure we'd hear about how United were lucky.

You have to go that far back?.

The last time we played them was when we won the treble. They fluked a 3-3 draw at OT (thanks to 2 penalties i think), even though we dominated the match.

Then we got a 3-3 draw over there as well, although we should have beaten them.

And Amjid, why are you shifting this thread to a Manu/Barca thread?

And you didn't whinge after the 2001 FA cup final? I guess you just accepted it being the great man you are, right?

In fact, I remember you whinging after the OT match this season, so like I have said before, when it comes to whinging, you're in no position to tell me what to do.

And BTW, if United fluked a win, I would accept it if Arsenal fans whinged about us being lucky.
