How comes Sky Sports are using their camera's, graphics etc for NZ v Eng series?

I thought the home countries broadcaster uses their own camera's, graphics and commentators.

Anyone able to explain how all this broadcasting works?

Sky are the home broadcaster in New Zealand. I assume they've used their considerable leverage to arrange for some multiplicity.

sky new zealand and sky sports uk maybe under one parent company but they different broadcasters in new zealand. new zealand home series covered by skysport nz and england away covered by skysports UK. sometimes like in aus, nz, saf, windies sky uk can come to arrangement to use there own graphics and camera, commentators separately to home nations coverage.
