Assuming that PCB were to name them .... well the last try the had included animals like Zebras ... what would be your names for hte respective teams?

I would name them in each language as it would be more likely to draw some local interest as everyone would then be cheering for their area team.

Pashto name for NWFP, sindhi for sindh, Punjabi for punjab, Balochi for balochistan, and Urdu name for Federal areas.
