Jal/Fuzon the next biggest thing since Junoon???

does it seem like it to others

ppl. might say it's too early for jal, but I think they are a good bunch and doing really really well! their music already has massive appeal!

fuzon started off amazing, have lost the fizz recently, and I do not know how they fare against jal (though it may not be a totally fair comparison) but jal just seems very very popular and if they can continue to keep this fan folllowing with good music, they may just be the next biggest thing

other thoughts...

reasons for the success of these two bands...

Jal is one of the best talents to come out of Pakistan recently (alongwith Ali Zafar ). Fuzon has some great songs but Noori the wannabes just make me want to puke at times.

Ali Zafar :oD

Some of Jal's songs are good but in order to be a real 'big' thing you have to do consistently over a period. We have had many one song/album wonders. Same goes for Fuzon.

Razzler, listen to Jal's Addat you can download it off anywhere.

bikhra hoon

and also check out atif aslam's stuff razzler, he's got some good songs too (he is jal's ex- lead)

My favorite Jal song is Bheegi Yadain. I love singing that song. :-p

These days Faakhir's new album especially Mahi Ve is stuck in my head. I can listen to that song over and over again without getting sick of it. :-)

Mona, I think Bheegi Yadian is the same as Woh Lamhay. Good song.

Isn't Jal all due to Atif Aslam ? I thought he split and started his own thing (i.e. Jal Pari) ?

Suhaib noori is a crap band. I just can't stand them!!
Jal is way way better than Noori and Fuzon is not that bad.
Ali Zafar is a great talent.

Faakhir's new album(Mantra) is disappointing. "Mahi ve" is good though.

atif aslam use to be jal's lead, but then there were issues, and he split to form jalpari

now jal and jalpari are two separate bands though there were issues with using jal, but it's been sorted

farhan took over as the new lead

and I must say that both have started off with a bang...both have good albums with many great songs

jal and fuzon are the rage in Pakistan, and noori is up there too

fakhir's album was a disappointment except for 'mahi ve', the rest of the album truly sux!
