Metallica's new song "The Day that never comes"
Im a huge Metallica fan and been listenin to them for a decade or so...but after the Black Album they haven't really put out their best...St. Anger was horrible album...so been eagerly waiting for Death Magnetic to be released on September 12

I already love their new release...your thoughts

This music isn't appealing anymore. It used to be at one age, but not anymore for some reason.

Metallica has been one of my all time favourite bands, Ride the lightning was my favourite album of theirs... Not really into any of the new stuff, I think it is time they stopped.

Pretty good effort but haven't seen a song from Metallica since a while which has the genius of One, Ride the Lightning, Fade to Black, Enter Sandman etc.

Metallica needs to dig deeper or should stop making new albums. St. Anger was just awful and I hope the new album turns out to be good.

Probably need a few more listens. The sound is quite similar to their stuff from 'Load'. But yeah, its meant to be one of the slower songs from the album and I've generally been a fan of those type songs - Fade to Black, Sanitarium, Unforgiven etc but theyre as good as they are partially because of the rest of the album and the contrast it provides

always thot metallica wer overrated & too populistic for my liking....maiden & Megadeath are leagues ahead of them ....being only decent band from US really helps ....if they wer from Europe , they would have been just another band imo !

unforgiven 2 , where ever i roam & fade to black wer my metallica fav's !

guys give this song a listen 2-3 times in a row...trust me you'll love it...I think Metallica is back strong and I luv this new song...plus it would be sweet if played live

maiden is not leagues ahead of them and megadeth is wannabe metallica

Forget all that guys. I can't wait for Unforgiven III

Unforgiven I and II are one the best metallica songs. If you are a self respecting Metal fan then you simply have to listen to it. Sept 12 is so far away

umm yea i try to understand the songs too...this song is pretty powerful

Truijillo kills Jason on the bass...ive seen Metallica play live twice...once with jason and once with Rob...trust me Rob is by far the more superior
