As a teenager I would have given my right hand to play for Pakistan but as I have grown and started my professonal life I am realising the importance of money and more.

Atm I am not sure with one I can get all the luxuries in life but the other is a childhood dream so I will sit on the fence for this.

sorry mate... $10 million dollars vs 10 test matches.. there is no competition lol... that's way to much money to turn down... playing 10 test matches for Pakistan and then getting dropped would suck... but that $10 million is confirmed...

plus like people above said... we'll just pay the selectors to get us in anyways so that's not a problem lol...

$10 million any day.....lot better than playing 10 tests for India and seeing my effigy burnt every time India loses. I am pretty sure i would be the non-performing player in the team anyways. Then my cricket crazy relatives would avoid me, my friends would curse me and my parents would disown me.

Although I need money badly, everyone does, but i will still go for 10 Test Matches (for Pakistan) without giving a second thought to the money!
Lots of perks are also there like:
I will represent my country, absolute honor.
I will hang out with my heroes: Eat, Sleep. Gym, Pub, Puff (not hash though)
In those 10 Test Matches I will hopefully perform someway or the other (like bowling, batting, fielding) to get a permanent place in the team.
On a lighter note, i will be with the team for 3-5 years depending on the current situation Pakistan wont be playing 10 Test matches any earlier plus i might end up earning more than $10M if lady luck is with me!

or you would get trashed for playing horribly... not sure there would be too much respect then... money is the safe option... i understand the idea of playing for your country but people work to make money and cricketers work by playing cricket for the same reason... if someone tells you that you can either work.. or we'll give you all of the money you would make in your career right here right now... I am sure everyone would take the money and chill at home...

this is a very tough one and well money does indeed talk...being a teenager at just 17..all one can think of is money and future security for your parents and wife and kids for the future..so indeed it is a tough one...but i would go for the 10 matches..no amount of money can take me away from having the privilege..it would be such an honour to put on that green jersey..be handed my 1st ever cap by my captian..being one of the boys and stepping onto the field 50,000 cheering and taking your 1st wicket or scoring your first ever four...what a boost you would be on..no money could come close to that feeling...something to be proud of as nothing can be greater than representing your country and hopefully putting smiles on the face of the nation...so i would take one T20 match over $10 Million as money does sure bring you a lot of things but not happiness and playing for Pakistan would be a great experience, one which u could share with your kids and grandkids...i have learnt from a young age money is not everything..it is all about having family and friends around u who u love and who love u..no money comes close to that and also no money could make me not represent my country in that special green jersey with the star on the heart..that would be a great feeling
