Shoaib's misconduct record being presented before court

Shoaib's misconduct record being presented before court
Updated at: 0315 PST, Tuesday, December 02, 2008
LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) would present misconduct record of Shoaib Akhtar to the Lahore High Court in the end of the current week.

Earlier, the Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court Sayed Zahid Hussain ordered Pakistan Cricket Board to place before court the documentary evidence of cricketer Shoaib Akhtar's recent alleged misconduct.

The judge passed these directions after Shoaib's counsel raised objection over PCB's counsel who was making verbal allegations against his client. The PCB's counsel alleged that Shoaib violated his commitment made before the court on last hearing as he criticised the PCB in an interview during his recent Indian tour and took part in a dance show.

smart move... the list will be so long that they will decide to not go forward with the case... the list would give the harry potter series a run for it's money ..

Worse come to worse, they will just agree with the ban and just ask him to serve the time left. But the funny part is we dont have any cricket lined up till then. So Akhtar will not miss out on much, his ban will be over by the time we have cricket left.
