PakPassion World Cup Season 3 - Match 1, Pakistan vs World XI - January 19

Match will start in an hour or so.
Boi please post your squad here if you want to make any changes otherwise your preferred XI will be used.

Best of luck

PS can anyone tell me how do we control the toss? for example when Usama was generating matches in the PPL he wouldn't decide to control any team but he could still give us what we wanted to do if we won the toss. how did he do that?

Welcome to the first match of the THIRD SEASON of the PakPassion World Cup. This match will be a thrilling encounter, a perfect start for what will be a great series. The two big teams will be facing each other - Pakistan and the World XI.

It's a normal pitch - even for both bat and ball - so batting or bowling first won't make a difference.

The captain of the World XI, Andrew Flintoff calls Tails.
It's Tails.

World XI have won the toss and have decided to bat.

10 overs are up and World XI are off to a modest start although in these sort of 25 over games the run rate is always supposed to be over 6. Let's see what happens from here...

What a BRILLIANT last over for World XI to make them end on a moderate total. This should be an easy chase for Pakistan though as anything under the required run rate of 7 is pretty gettable in this sort of cricket. Let's see Pakistan's reply...
