Amazon account blocked...need help/advice
Hi guys...well my amazon seller account got blocked a few days ago and I need help in getting it back..I had been using the account for about 4-5 months and everything was going fine, till I made the mistake of accessing the account from my public library. Apparently someone else had used their blocked account from there, which means that IP was already in amazon's list...so next thing I know, my account was blocked few days later...That's what I found out while searching on the web...I got an email from amazon saying that my account was linked to a blocked account....After that I tried to create a new account with new details and changed my IP from static to dynamic...also changed my router's ip from 192.168.1.1 to say 192.168.31.1....but they caught that too..
Now after searching the web, I found that I will need new everything...like new password, email, ip address, physical address, bank details, phone #...I can arrange for all that, but I'm confused on some stuff and that is what I need help with....now I want to know should I be getting a new ISP and a new router ?? or should I get a different static ip ? or will dynamic IP work ? Also I read that I might have to change the MAC address or NIC address..I don't know what those are. Please help me if you can as I really need to get back on their selling since I already have inventory.... Thanks. |
