When are we going to arrange some tests???

Guys,

If im not mistaken the only other possible tests we may play are at the end of the yr away to australia

Now after the debacle of not playing any tests last yr, id have thought the main prioirity of the PCB would be to arrange some tests this yr

Just looking at other countries, the sth africas, indias, australias and englands of the world they are playing 10-12 tests a yr, and we are lagging behind with maybe a couple of series of 2 tests each at most.

Their players are shooting ahead and growing in stature and skill where our players are stuck in the same place not improving - mitchell johnson made his debut at a similar time to tanvir but already has played nearly 20 tests, look at steyn and the number of tests and wickets he has taken in the last yr and a half.

Players like ponting, kallis dravids etc have played 130 odd tests in about 12 yrs creating records for themselves along the way, where our players like inzamam had to play 15 yrs to chalk up 120 tests. Yousuf being a case in point, in 11 yrs has only played 70 odd tests.

All the pcb seem to be doing is lining up their pockets arranging mickey mouse odi matches against bangladesh etc.

Now i wouldnt mind any tests against aussies, eng, nz etc whether its at home, away or at neutral venues

All id like is regular serious cricket and not the odd 2 test series here and there.
When is the pcb gonna realise the points ive mentioned above and start arranging regular serious cricket????????

I think pakistan is going to play sri lanka at sri lanka in june or july

Err..actually this year ain't so bad..we play about 7 tests this year which is ok..rest are odi's and 20/20's..anyone know next years schedule??

It's been four years since they went to West Indies and 5/6 years since they went to New Zealand. Surely either tour should have been incorporated into the future tours programme for Pakistan.

Actually we play 11 but that depends if NZL comes on a scheduled in Dec. There is also a possibility of Aus coming in Feb March next year then following on we tour England so potentially we have 17 tests in 18 months even if one of Aus or NZL series goes through we will have atleast 14 test matches.
