Spotted Carlos Tevez at the Trafford Centre

I was in a clothes store yesterday called USC at the Trafford Centre Manchester when right next to me looking at some jeans was the man himself Carlos Tevez.

He was there with 3 of his mates, I didnt recognise any of them as famous fottballers.

I said hello to him and wished him good luck for the match versus Porto and he said thank you.

Small but very powerful and "mean" looking chap.

Yes he said thank you and smiled. I think he was appreciative of the fact that I didnt hassle him or ask him for autographs or pictures.

I think you sohuld have. Just followed him around for a bit and once he gets annoyed, turn to him adn say "see this is how annoying you are when on the football pitch!" (for a defender)

The first thing my daughter asked me when we saw him was "where is his girly hairband"

No I didnt want to take any photos - it was scary enough just looking at him

He wasnt with any security guards, just with what appeared to be 3 latino looking freinds.

Well, he is from a pretty rough looking neighborhood. Gives the impression of being a very nice person outside football as well, doesn't he?

Yes he seemed ok. You never can tell how these celebs will react. Both Tevez and especially Torres who I saw a few months ago were very amicable and friendly, certainly not big headed or arrogant which I think should be commended given that they are huge celebs all over the globe and idolised by millions.

btw I dont think he was too impressed by USC as I didnt see him buy anything from there.
