So Musharaff was not involved in Benazir's murder

After Benazir was murdered lot of journalists and some political parties especially PML-N, accused Musharaff of being directly involved in her murder. They make the case that Musharaff ordered the hit on Benazir himself. Mushraff replied that he was not involved at all but it was Baitullah Mahsood and his people who murdered Benazir.

Now an accomplice of Baitullah Mahsood has come against him and he has confirmed that Baitullah Mahsood did ordered the Benazir murder.

Will those journalists and PML-N now asked for forgiveness from Mushraff for trying to defame him in this matter? Will Mushraff file a lawsuit against them?

How such big wrong and defamatory accusations fly in Pakistan and why people are not held responsible for their words? This attitude is totally unislamic but nobody cares.

Its the same accomplice and I just find out that he is now dead killed by his own man. He was shut up as he had started talking too much.

So Baitullah Mahsood is an american agent who killed Benazir. Its not sure that America ordered Mahsood to kill Benazir but I think it may turn out to be the truth.

Zardari used to say he knows who the killer is but didn't say who (helping with investigation I guess). 2-3 weeks ago he said it was Taliban or Mehsud. No word from UN inquiry yet.

I have heard of the qatil league on few shows but didn't realize it was because of this. Is it usually PPP member and/or PML-Q member who brings this up?

Mush had asked BB to stay inside and safe, she was given at the security procedures at all times. Did she? no.

Obviously the greatest superpower in the world had a hand in it to destabilize Pakistan but it failed.

There are a zillion conspiracy theories on this from mush, to Al Qaeda, Taliban, America, and even Zardari being involved in the murder. I wonder whether we will actually ever know the real truth.

I honestly think this apart from the CJ debacle, lawyers movement were the defining movement in Mush losing grip on power.
