Intikhab Alam's test record Vs SL

He is the only coach that lost us a series against SL in Pakistan and will do so in Sri Lanka too. Last time he was sacked in 2003 after seond test Miandad was named the coach and Pakistan won the last test only to lose the series 2-1. He has kept his tradition.

You and I both know that Inti is no coach but just a manager of sorts for the team. You really think he had a role in 92 Win? or for that matter how Gul and Afridi performed in 09?
Therefore, he is no more culpable of this series loss. He just happened to be there at the right time for the wins and wrong times for the losses against SL.

When it comes to foreign coaches every former players/fans criticise them left right and centre we have lost the series under MR Alam and not word about his input. Imagine if it was Bob Woolmer or Lawson people would have been calling for their heads.

I saw no improvement in both tests same mistakes were repeated in the both test matches.

Last night, I was watching YK's interview.. and it clearly showed that YK is too over worked.. He has to do everything.(including spoon-feeding 10 players even the "seniors")
We need a more competent coach.. and most importantly a Young coach..
is there just for watching the match from the balcony.

All I saw was Alam holding a stupid watch in his hand all day along. I could not see anything he did that a coach suppose to do (i.e taking notes at least making an attempt to show that he was keen to rectify mistakes).
