Openers not the only nemesis....Wicket Keeping Dilema too...

After the departure of Aamir Sohail and Saeed Anwar from International Cricket we hare faced huge problems in the opening slot in all forms of the game specially tests......Opening problem is duly highlighted world over infact I read on cricinfo recently that Pakistan being the only internation test team with so much long standing opening problems and probably Pakistan is the only team to try out so much opening combination in the last 12 years or so (some sort of world record)

But after the departure of Rashif Latif and Moin Khan we are also facing the dilema and nemesis of the Wicket Keeping slot.....as Kamran Akmal is not the natural wicket keeper....I have read an interview of Kamran Akmal that he used to be a proper batsman still he reached 15 years age... At the age of 15 years he realized that to have some sort of career in cricket he has to do wicket keeping and then started practising wicket keeping....after he succeed with the bat which any Pakistani keeper in the history never had...he was praised as the No. 1 wicket keeping choice......

Akmal is not a natural wicket keeper like Rashid Latif....I think its high time we should hand this job to a natural wicket keeper like Sarfaraz who can convert half chances into sure catches and increase bowller's confidence while bowlling....and let the speciallist batsman do their job...

Akmal has confused everyone with his performances, he always comes up with memorable batting performance whenever he is about to be dropped.
It's very difficult to drop Akmal right now.

But you can't compare opening problem with wicket keeping, we always have talented wicket keepers waiting for their chances. Even now there are many options so it's not something we really need to worry about.

Actually that where all the team management and selectors are going wrong....Akmal should surprise us with exceptional wicket keeping not with his batting.....I think if you have a natural wicket keeper in the side who can convert half chances into full but is not a exceptional batsman he has done his job.....

We should be focusing on speciallist specially in test matches...
just look at the performance of this bowlling attack it is made of speciallist bowllers compare this with the bowlling attacked in the shoaib malik era where we lost test series against India and S.A. we are not playing 4 speicallist test bowllers.at all. all we would play was 3 specialist bowllers and 1 all rounder....
