Not an easy game for us - away to Blackpool who are unbeaten at home BUT so were Cardiff and we managed to get the 3 points

Alan Smith is suspended so he will be a big miss as he has been great for us this season - Nicky Butt will play in his place and he is just awful.

Im hoping for atleast a point, to keep our unbeaten run going

Earnshaw scores within a couple of minutes after coming on as sub to make it Ipswich 1-1 Forest. This will be the 4th consecutive 1-1 away from home this season if score stays the same.

Andy Carroll scores - gives us the lead away to Blackpool

Sounds like an undeserved lead, Blackpool have been the better side

Gutted the unbeaten run has finally ended - maybe this isnt such a bad thing. It almost seemed like everyone was convinced we were gonna walk the league when that is clearly not the case

It seems like Alan Smith is such a big player for us - we lack solidity without him.

Anyways - we have still had a good start, we cant win them all, especially away.

Its Plymouth at home on Saturday - we must win that game

No thanks - he was rubbish last season and no doubt he will be rubbish if we get promoted. The Championship is his level and allows him to flourish BUT against better players he is very average

Lets take it one stop at a time. Lets first make it to the Prem ok? Until then, Smith - midfield general. Keano extradonaire.

Indeed hence me using the word IF before the words we get promoted

He certainly is a midfield general as things stand and long may it continue - the worry now is Nicky Butt, who is just rubbish and a liability

Ah cant believe newcastle lost, I was watching gillette soccer special and newcastle had just gone 1-0 up. I still tip them for rebounding back up to the prem. Once youve lived for 4 - 5 years in the northeast, i think you get some sort of an unconscious bond with newcastle utd...whether you know about it or not!

Must be something in the water

As things stand i think it will be between ourselves, Boro and West Brom to come straight up - obviously 3 cant go into 2 so 1 team will miss out and sadly i think that will be us. Simply because we dont have the squad to cope with a gruelling season whilst the other 2 are better equipped for Championship football

I hope im wrong BUT our small squad is already starting to impact our season

WOW! 10 man Cardiff beat Reading!!!

We move to 4th place!

Listened to the game for an hour then off to Taraweeh, so didnt know the result until I got back late! What a surprise.

As for Stephen MCFail, hopefully, thats the last we see of him in a CArdiff shirt - 3rd sending off in a handful of games - a real liability!
