A lot of PPers have nicknames/usernames that are different from their first name, so I thought we should have a thread when people could tell us their real names or how they would like to be referred to:

I'll go first, mine is pretty obvious , call me Ahmed or Zulfi...or deluded SB fan also works

When I applied for my US visit visa my mum got her visa straightaway and my dad already had an american visa...however they said they had to check my name on their database etc...this process took a whole month. Surprisingly no I haven't. They let me by both times I have travelled without any problem. Although might be because I am born in Canada and travelling is easier in that regard.

Although they don't focus in on my name as much as they do on people with the name Osama. It's surprising but it's the way it is.
