Merry Christmas.

I'm Muslim (but not much of a practicing one honestly), but yet, I celebrate Christmas just as much as anyone else does, with my family and friends. It's not just a Christian thing, it's a universal thing IMO. So everyone should join in.

I know I'll most probably be flamed by others for saying that, but that's my two cents.

I have a large family, but they all live far away and will be together today. I get my mother to organise all the gifts and then pay her back. Nothing fancy. The real gift is being able to speak to all of them today for a few minutes at a time.

Hmmm ... now what presents did Santa leave at my doorstep?

An upgraded PC (Core 2 Quad), Windows 7, 50" HD TV, 32" HD TV, HD PVR, PS3, dozen PS3 games, some Motion Plus Wii games and a few books.

I will admit that most presents were from myself!

One of the best presents was a pen from my in-laws made using woodturning. My father-in-law owns a hardware store.

Only time I have had a better Christmas was when Santa left my wife under the Christmas tree.
