What pitch will this match be played on?

I think its only fair to have all the tournaments matches played on normal. Then again thats my opinion.

Yes Boi, all matches will be played on a Normal track as there'll be no one to decide pitch type since there are no home-away games.

Decent going from Pakistan. Raza and Alam look well set and are reading the pitch quite well, they are going to be vital for Pakistan if they are to make a big total here tonight at Karachi.

There, Fawad's gone. He had to go sooner or later, as his score shows, he was clearly struggling out there. Not a harmful delivery at all from Ntini, just a probing line outside off, and Alam just fished at it to give a sitter to Smith in the slips.

Wicket really fell at the wrong time, just when Umar got going. Now his elder brother needs to take as less time as possible to get set and crack a few boundaries.

283. It's not in any way a bad total, but it isn't too good either. I would say it's par for a normal pitch in Pakistan. Let's see how South Africa fare chasing this down.

4.1 Riaz to Smith, OUT, MAGNIFICENT CATCH BY SAQLAIN! Slower ball from Riaz, Smith plays a lofted straight drive down the ground but falls to the slower ball - it's a skier, yet the ball seems to be landing in a safe place, in no man's land - but Saqlain, all the way from short midwicket, runs down to mid-on to take a lovely diving catch! Great stuff from the legend!

South Africa choke, yet again, at the wrong time. This was a vital game for them, a game which mostly everyone thought they would win. Now they look like they won't be going too far. Well, let's see. The game is nowhere close to being over yet, two good batsmen at the crease for South Africa, can they spark a revival?

This game is turning out to be very one-sided indeed. Pollock and Villiers, two hard hitting batsmen, look shadows of themselves tonight. But they are very well set, and we know how dangerous they are when they're set. Required run rate is quite hard, but you never know, with the unpredictable batting of South Africa, and the unpredictable bowling of Pakistan.
