Also if you want...looking at the seedings based on levels I can work out a proposed set of groups for you. I can get that done by this evening (UK time)

Ive done some quick groups based on level, have a look ans see if they are good.

We are looking at sunday probs, saturday may be stretched.

I still have to do fixtures and set up time agreements for everyone.

I think we were meant to have 1 or 2 top level players in each group and then lower level players. Otherwise too many top level players will get knocked out in round 1! Lol

ok, go for it and make the groups what you think should be ... need it by tonight

and with 4 teams from each group going through, i dont think that the big teams being knocked out will be a problem

Yeah its only 3 teams from each group...if we are going with option 3.

Ok so heres what i did...I took the top player level wise and placed him in Group A then the 2nd highest in Group B 3rd highest in Group C and so on...kept going down like that until all players got assigned a group

How about a suggestion. Khizer should provide his level or else, the person who was on the waiting list should be put in. It makes it unfair for the rest of us, what if Khizer is level 95?

Why don't we make the initial groups of this tourney consist of people from the same time zone or location.

It could be divided into Canada/Usa, Pakistan, England, Rest.

This would be the base of this structure then we could easily adjust it with the people who are willing to compromise.

It's easier then having a random assortment. This way we have some sort of organization in terms of time zones. It's just a suggestion.

OK, just to clear things up, sorry for all the confusion :

WE ARE USING HASANB'S TABLE

@ Boi, sorry mate, when I put it in, it was a typo in the table, when I made my groups I fixed it as it was wrong and forgot to change it in the table. Sorry for that.

And I agree that we should take Kaizer out, and put the person on the waiting list in.

I will amend hasanb's table as needed, put it in the first post and remake the fixtures. I will make an announcement ASAP as to what is going to happen next.

ok, so I know that not everyone will get responses, so its like this

If a PP'er attempts to communicate, but gets no answer, and no match, they will be awarded the win.

It will avoid non communicators moving on to the next round

B0wld it seems like you and I are playing against each other on Monday. Any preferred timings?

Remember I am in Canada so make it reasonable. I don't have school on Monday so any time after 1 PM Eastern up to 12 AM eastern would be nice.

It often happens to me, but I dont know what to do if your opposition doesnt get a game because the server was too busy...
