Is Inzi the most consistent captain?

Hasn't really had a slump in form. Is always the stand out batsmen in the team. The only people who could compeat with him for this title is Ponting or Fleming but they haven't been doing as well.
I now pass the title of most consistant captain to Inzamam ul Haq

Averages nearly 50 which is very impressive. Also keep in mind he hasn't really pushed it up by scoring against weaker teams.

In tests he averages nearly 40 which is ok but not extraordinary.
