Judiciary Dictatorship
Do you guys think Pakistan is moving towards judiciary dictatorship? The chief justice has just forced the government to accept his recommendations for judges appointment. I have never seen this in any other part of the world. Its always the executive which selects and appoint judges. The chief justice and/or the bar can give recommendations. But in the end its always the executive's call. In Pakistan its now different.

this judge was the first judge who gave resignation in the movement for free judiciary. And now he has given resignation because of hypocrisy of some of the judges.

The problem is, that pakistani people, and pakistani politicians, are not not used to a free judiciary. They are used to bulldozing the judges,
And now, wehn the judges are blocking all unlawful acts, some people are crying.

So PPP is finally successful to convince media and other people of their victimizations.
These corrupt politicians cant face independent judiciary and now they are doing their level best to make it controversial. |

Why do we ALWAYS complain?!
Nothing of the sort is happening...if we dont have a free Judiciary...Its a dictatorship! When we have a free Judiciary (thank God!)...they're becoming dictators! When we dont have free media...they're all lota's. When we do have free-media....oh well they're clearly going over the top, have an agenda against XYZ. Thank God we now have a free Judiciary, free media...something which is changing Pakistan...for the better.
