Im talking about hanafi, hanbali, shafi, maliki schools
Does these schools reflect the community consensus or analogical reasoning in the Islam's religious authority? |

These are great scholars - not sure what you mean by 'community consensus'? My own view is that not enough Muslims understand the major 'schools of thought'
My own mother thinks 'shafis' are non-Muslims because they pray different to us 'Hanifis'! |

There really is no such thing as a community consensus, more like a scholarly consensus right?
1) Qur'aan 2) Sunnah (includes Hadeeth) 3) Using logic (which may include scholarly consensus) |
