What I want to see from our team against Australia

Obviously I would love to see Aamir take 10-0, Afridi smash a 17 ball hundred, Umar Akmal taking Watson apart with a 36 run over and even Salman Butt reverse sweeping Tait for six etc etc.

However, above everything else, I want to see our team, each individual in that playing eleven to show commitment and most important of all fight. This isn't a cricket match in my eyes, its a battle. Every soldier of ours must fight to till the last drop of blood, must think that their best will overcome anything the Aussies can throw at them.

Australia is there for the taking. Not many are giving us a prayer in this match. Let us all believe and show that we believe in everything we do tomorrow. Let's remind the world once again the wonderful side of our unpredictibility.

Pakistan Zindabad.

If we use our potential we can defeat Aussies twice in a match.

Let's go Pakistan!

This game is more important to me than the FINAL! (if we made that far). Australia has tortured us throughout Australian summer and now it's time to atleast stop them from snatching T20 World Cup.

We should better make Mr. Chappal say I am really 'bata' when it comes to realizing which players are the best in T20. Win the game Pakistan and zip all the pointless critics.

to go for it with the bat from the moment go , not to send misbah in unless we're 5 down in 4 overs and not get carried away if we play well momentarily.

ajmal to ball a non doosra in his last 2 overs

razzaq to O.D on red bull before he bowls

latif to play a shot on the front foot

As long as the boys make a honest effort I would get over it,

But I wouldn't either mind a thrilling win to shut all the wannabe experts up!

Pakistan Zindabad.

Exactly. Well said.

I don't mind if we go down as long as we go down fighting. Some of the team needs to take a leaf out of the Afridi/Umar/Aamer/Ajmal page and show some agression towards Australia. You give Aus an inch, they'll take a metre.

The Razzler needs to be promoted in the order.

I want to see anger and aggression, if we do lose, I hope that its not a flogging, that we gave it 100% till the very end...Australia has dominated us for too long now, time to turn the tables...win here...then go undefeated against them in England anyone?

Big question, which team Pakistan will show up today? My heart says, we will win the game but mind has registered the painful memories of 99 world cup final.

Either we will win the game or it will be one sided game with defeat.

I want to see three out of the top four batsmen make a significant contribution. If they score runs we will have a chance of winning this game. So even if we sacrifice some run rate, I would prefer to see the likes of Hafeez and Latif stay at the wicket and play the game which suits them best. If they aren't capable of hitting the quick bowlers then don't lose your wicket attempting to do so. Get us off to a steady start and then pick the rate up.
