Why are we sooo unlucky!!??

Why is there is soooooo much rain in uk

over past few seasons i could not play half of the season because of rain.

I remeber waiting a whole week for a game of cricket, on the day you wake up, the first thing you would do is LOOK OUT OF THE WINDOW TO SEE IF ITS RAINING ", and 5 out of 10 it would be raining. Really upsets you especially if you had a hard working week, and you just want to enjoy a game of cricket on weekend

i dont know about people in other countries , but people in uk probarbly feel the same as me ( i hope)

please post stories/frustrations

England does have a hard time with rain.

Here in the Toronto [Canada] area - we probably see rain once a week in the summers. Most of the days are quite nice and pleasant - excellent for some good ol' cricket.

Rain is always frustrating but it is part of life.

It's never raining in Karachi! We'd kill for some rain. I don't play cricket so there is no downside to rain, besides the power outages of course

Its weird how sometimes in the summer its warm everyday and then a thunderstorm rolls in on Friday afternoon and ruins the weekend cricket

I can't stand the weather in this country. The truth is we are luck to get 4 or 5 nice weeks of weather in England, the rest is dismal. Still, at least it's never too hot like it is in Pakistan or India during the summers.

We have some amazing weather in Karachi these days. Crazy winds and a light drizzle every now and then

Last year it rained quite a few times. What makes story more frustrating was when it rained only on weekends and not rest of the week.

When I was in Canada whenever I wanted to attend practice (on Wednesdays) it always rained (happened for 3-4 weeks)

I'd take England's weather anyday over karachi's sickening hot weather. We are tired of facing hot weather all year long. Nowadays the weather is a bit nicer and we are getting some light drizzles here and there. It's all nice at the moment.

Raining days are still bearable for me than extremely hotter days.
