Pakistan has always been a goldmine for raw talent. We neither have the institutions, nor the structure to groom players from the grassroots, we expect it to happen at national level.

To be honest, I was so happy to hear that the PCB had asked Julian to work with the U19's because with the kind of infrastructure we have, that's the earliest we can realistically look to groom and develop a player.
