I am of the belief that England have been slowly throtted by Flower's control-freakishness, failures in long-term planning, and micro-management of Cook. Now that Flower will fly home and Giles takes over for the ODIs (not JAMODIs in this instance, because ENG have a lot to prove), will the England boys start playing with more self-belief and freedom? If so, will Gilo take over as coach of the test side too?
