The top order has been a problem for almost a decade now. Fortunately, Ahmed Shehzad's resurgence and Sohaib Maqsood's emergence has provided us with some hope. I think everybody feels Umar Akmal will be better suited to #4, it's just the think tank has always been hesitant to play him above 5 and now, given that he's keeping, they feel they have a valid excuse in saying, they don't want to 'overburden' him, while the player has repeatedly expressed his interest for playing in top 4.
