Breaking News just in to PakPassion.net

Saqlain Mushtaq's agent Azhar Majeed has just confirmed to PakPassion that Surrey County Cricket Club are looking to host IPL matches at the Oval next season.

Azhar stated that "its true that Surrey County Cricket Club are hoping to host some IPL games at the Oval next season". Azhar continued by saying though that "the County are being told by the IPL that they need to resolve the Saqlain Mushtaq issue as he is a contracted ICL player".

It would seem that Surrey need to make a very important decision soon, whether to keep Saqlain who is in the middle of a 2 year contract with the County who just got relegated from Division 1 of the County Championship, or release him and subsequently be given some IPL matches at the Oval.
