The Tigers from Bangladesh have a few feathers in their World Cup caps with famous victories against Pakistan and India but will the 2015 edition be yet another disappointment for them?
Bangladesh will be heading into the 2015 World Cup with lots of expectation from their fans and media. This time the Bangladesh team will be lead by the senior fast bowler Mashrafe Mortaza. He is experienced and very much determined to control the team. In the presence of the No.1 All-Rounder in ODI's Shakib Al Hasan, they have found some wonderful young players in Anamul Haque and Mominul Haque. Bangladesh now looks a fairly balanced side which could upset few big teams in the World tournament.
Bangladesh are ranked number 9 in ODI's after their recent whitewash of Zimbabwe.

Shakib Al Hasan

Bowling average : 27.92 Economy: 4.26
Anamul Haque
A young batsman with lots of promise Anamul Haque is quickly becoming one of the key member of Bangladesh's batting lineup. At the Age of 22 he has already 3 centuries to his name. One against Pakistan and two against the West Indies.
Batting average: 35.68 Strike rate : 70.84
Mashrafe Mortaza
Senior bowler with plenty of experience in bowling under pressure situations. His role as a fast bowler will be very important for Bangladesh if they are looking to win on the bouncy and quick pitches of Australia/New Zealand.
Bowling average : 30.51 Economy: 4.67
Prediction:
Bangladesh will definitely not be the favorites or dark horses of the tournament but they are a good balanced team that can surprise any opposition if a few players have a good day. They have qualified only once for the Super Eights in 2007 by surprising India in the group stages and this Bangladesh team is fully capable of doing it again.
