With our current openers (Jamshed & Shehzad) struggling to score and Shahid Afridi bowling poorly to go along with his unpredictable, inconsistent batting, we are in search of both - an all-rounder and an opener (or maybe a couple of openers). How about playing Sohaib as an opener and as a batting all-rounder who can play the 6th bowler's role in the side?
