For somebody who is widely recognized as Pakistan's captain-in waiting, Mohammad Hafeez seems to have little regard for how his consistent failures are damaging not only the standard but more importantly, the balance of a reasonably stable test team - From "There is nothing wrong with my technique" to "Lack of test cricket has affected my performance" - the captain-elect continuously chooses to deflect the real problem, which is, he just doesn't fit in the test team.
