Sooner rather than later his tenure with the ECB is going to come to an end.
The recently concluded Ashes series probably doesn't do justice to what a fine job Flower has done.
If the PCB has the resources and they genuinely want to benefit the Pakistani players, would it be a bad idea to appoint Andy Flower as the Pakistan batting coach, working at the Academy, with the Under 19s and the senior team?
