Its a shame our next Test series is 10 months away! Hopefully something is scheduled in before that October series with Australia.
Going forward we need to give Sarfraz Ahmed a solid run in the test side, hopefully they don't resort back to the awful adnan.
I would persist with the Manzoor/Shehzad opening combo for the time being. If either fails I would push up Azhar Ali to open the batting. In my opinion Asad Shafiq deserves to be dropped from the test squad, he's a batsman of good potential but at this time Haris Sohail or Sohaib Maqsood are better options at number 6.
