With Misbah nearly 40 years old, it's time to groom someone for captain. Mohammad Hafeez is 30+ and will be a short-term option. Besides his struggles outside Asia is known to all. Guys like Asad Shafiq and Azhar Ali are way too inconsistent while Umar Akmal and Shehzad are not mature enough to lead a side yet IMO. The best option IMO is Maqsood.
